These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bel4d platform and all associated services. Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. To be eligible to register and use the bel4d Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:
bel4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the bel4d Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If bel4d detects multiple accounts held by the same person, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any funds held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited after investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your bel4d Account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
bel4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC. bel4d aims to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving complete documentation.
Members who wish to close their bel4d Account may do so at any time by contacting bel4d Customer Support via live chat. Any positive Wallet balance at the time of closure request will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bel4d Account credentials, including your username and password. bel4d recommends the use of a unique, strong password for your Account that is not shared with any other online service. bel4d also recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your Account security settings.
You must notify bel4d Customer Support immediately if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your Account has occurred. bel4d accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your Account. All bets, transactions, and actions conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you personally.
bel4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga bank transfers, and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are processed instantly upon confirmation of funds received. In the event of a system delay, deposits are credited within 15 minutes. Members experiencing deposit issues should contact bel4d Customer Support via live chat with their transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified Members are processed same-day. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) typically clear within one to two hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within two to four hours during normal banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next available business day.
Withdrawal funds may only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the bel4d Account holder and that has been verified through the KYC process. bel4d does not send withdrawal funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized fund transfers.
bel4d does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of bel4d. bel4d is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
All Account balances, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bel4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Funds received in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of receipt, net of any conversion costs applied by the Member's payment provider.
bel4d may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility rules. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) that must be turned over through eligible games within the specified validity period.
bel4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus awarded if there is evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of artificial betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that bel4d reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional terms. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per Member, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim single-use promotions multiple times through shared devices or networks may result in the cancellation of the duplicate bonus claim.
bel4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required. Members who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of any modification will be subject to the terms that were applicable at the time of opt-in.
All wagers placed on the bel4d Platform are final once confirmed. A wager is confirmed when the Platform returns a transaction confirmation reference to the Member. bel4d does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except as expressly permitted under applicable void or cancellation rules for specific events.
Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with bel4d's official sportsbook rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement exceeding 72 hours, or force majeure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Wallet. Live in-play bets accepted in error due to a technical fault may be voided at bel4d's discretion.
All casino games and slot titles on the bel4d Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcome integrity is maintained at all times. In the event of a game malfunction (including but not limited to a disconnection mid-spin or live game interruption), the affected game round will be voided and the wager refunded to the Member's Wallet. bel4d reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual games, bet types, or promotional wagers. Nothing in these Terms limits bel4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful. bel4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
bel4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bel4d.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bel4d does not sell or rent Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
bel4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bel4d will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bel4d Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact bel4d Customer Support to close your Account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining Wallet balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by the laws applicable to bel4d's international operating jurisdiction. bel4d is licensed and regulated internationally.
